I'm using Avast anti-virus and it says that I need to register, what do I do?
Avast offers a free anti-virus which does need to be registered within 60 days of installation, go to www.avast.com --> products --> Free Home Registration and fill out the details, you will be emailed a serial key within a few moments, follow the instructions from the email to complete your registration.

Yes, most model Notebooks we supply. The main brand that we sell is ASUS but we also carry HP, LG, Mitac, IBM, Compaq, Excel, Toshiba and Sony.

Yes, we have a shop front located at 2a Alexander Street, Burnie.

What items do you keep in stock?
A full list of our products can be found in our price list. Although we do not stock all these items in the shop we can order most small parts over night or within a couple of days. Items that we keep in stock are; Mainboards, CPU's, Ram, Printers, LCD Flat Panels, Computer Packages, Microsoft Software and most popular hardware components click here.
Do you call out to premises for jobs?
We provides on-site service for both business and home users.
Do system packages have a warranty? All our system packages and parts come with a minimum of a year warranty. Brands like ASUS, Gigabyte and Veritech come with a 3 year warranty on most of their products, so it always pays to check if you have any faults after the 12 month period. |

I just bought a new computer and I'm setting it up myself, I press the power button but the computer won't turn on, what do I do? Make sure that the power switch at the back of the computer at the top is turned on. Double check that the power point is turned on and that the power cable is pushed firmly into the back of the power supply. |
